Awesome Owls

It was very busy in the Sew and Sews workroom today with an Owl Softie Workshop on the go. Lots of Hooty owl jokes were had & great results by Lachie, Meg & Liam who created 3 fabulous owls.

Dreamcatcher dynamos

Today's Dreamcatcher Workshop blew me away with Jess & Leila creating magic styling up their very own colourful masterpieces.
Thanks girls for a great few hours & I hope your dreams don't become too crazy due to all that Dreamcatcher fun.

Four fabulous makers of sensational owls today. Such great results & I had a lot of fun being entertained by you especially when you all swapped your names around. Hope you all learnt something today.

Dreamcatcher great morning

Yay to the great young ladies who visited Sew and Sews today. We had a lot of fun & giggles, worked very hard crafting & even stopped for a short break to eat a home baked muffin & to chase my chooks around the back yard. They all created such fabulous dreamcatchers giving them their own unique style. Great to see all the dreamcatchers made it home safely.
Thanks girls for being my first little Sew and Sews.

Owl Softies

Thursday 4th or 11th of July I'm holding a workshop for kids from 10am-1pm in which they will make their own owl soft toy.
There will be an assortment of colours & decorations to choose from so each creation will be unique.
The photo below provides some owly inspiration from seasoned owl softie makers out there in the world of craft.

New adventure

Sean the Prawn has a new side business called Sew & Sews.
I'll be starting with a kids holiday program of crafty goodness & learning.
Presenting 3 hour project based workshops on specific days during the school holidays starting Monday 1st July.
